Hi everyone!
This week's episode is about relationships. I think it's important to give context to some of the relationships in our lives. Especially, the relationship that we have with this country. It's Independence Day, and is everyone really "free"? Let's get some clarity on how we must examine our thoughts to move forward. I look forward to your feedback. Growth begins here!

Hello everyone!
Welcome to our 23rd episode. This episode is about fear, and actually how the death of Elijah McClain triggered one of my greatest fears. So, I'm here to leverage my voice to talking about how we have to take real action to protect citizens with disabilities. I hope I share something impactful. I look forward to your thoughts, and I thank you for listening.

We're officially one week since the protests have begun. Emotions are still high, but it's important that we start looking at next steps. We also have to think about what companies are saying and DOING to help eradicate systemic oppression in America. While also addressing inequities in their corporations. Here's a list of companies that have issued statements with action plans

Hello everyone!
I wanted to take this week's efforts to talk about what's going on right now in America. We're in a state of civil unrest, and we need to confront the root of it. We need to have honest conversations that include action about racism in America. I'm tired, and I share my journey with the hopes that it will help everyone understand that racism is an "all of us" problem. The time for action is now.

Hi everyone!
Happy Sunday! This week I'm talking about the importance of "grace and boundaries". Life is getting super hectic with everything going on (e.g. politics, the economy, health, etc.). So, it's super important that we start acknowledging how we're feeling. We also need to give ourselves permission to feel that way, and be okay with setting boundaries to live our best lives. So, let's kick it old school and have a conversation around "grace and boundaries". I look forward to you listening. Please make sure you share any comments and/or feedback. Growth is important, and so is your feedback :-).

Hello!
This week's episode is dedicated to the graduates. The class of 2020 is going into the world at a very challenging time. I think back back to when I graduated, and I feel sad that they won't be able to have the same experience. But, they're getting something better. They're being given the gift of clarity. The class of 2020 is being placed into the world with no blinders, and an opportunity to bring about the changes that we couldn't. So, I wanted to dive into that and lay out the call for the past generations to be the guides they need. Remember, it's not about how you start. It's all about how you finish!

Hi everyone!
I know it's only Wednesday, but I decided to jump on an record another episode this week. I was hit with some inspiration, and wanted to share how I "maintain my moisture". There's a lot going on in the world, and I want to make sure you're blocking "energy vampires" expeditiously. I hope you stay "moisturized", and are able to gain some tools that will help you on the journey to live your best life beautifully. Please don't hesitate to share how you're staying "moisturized". This is always about growing and learning together!

There's so much going on in the world, and I want to share my journey to hopefully give some insight into how you can possibly help overcome any struggles you may be going through.
