For a long time now, I have been toying with the idea of offering a weekly group to meet with some members of my community. I pushed this idea on the backburner.
But...the past few weeks the idea has been back to my mind again so I decided to give it some serious thought.
I decided to just go for it! I am going to be offering a 4-week Mindful Monday Power-Up Session! I'm so excited and I hope you are too!
Here is the structure of meetings:

Obstacles in daily life to taking care of self
Changes you want to implement in your life

Homework
ClosingDuring the 4 weeks, you will have access to a private Facebook Group as well as printable PDFs.
This group is just $97 for 4 weeks.
It will be limited to 6 members to keep it intimate, timely, and a safe space for all. The group will launch once I have 6 signups.
