Hi friends! I'm giving you a taste of the extra content that I make for Patreon!
In this previously Patreon exclusive episode, I'm talking all about quitting your job: why, how, and when. If you listened to the regular episode, I talked about how I recently quit my job and how difficult the process actually was. I took time to assess and ask myself some important questions, and ultimately decided I didn't have a place there anymore.
I hope this can resonate with someone, or maybe even get you thinking about your future in your current position!

Hi friends!
I'm here to talk about making changes and why it's so difficult for me, and maybe some of you! It's hard out here, but if there's one thing we can expect, it's that life will always keep changing. This episode also offers some helpful reminders when making changes and questions to ask yourself before making a change!
As always, although I am a licensed clinician, this is not therapy. If you feel like you may need help, feel free to reach out and I can help you with resources, or you can check the website for helpful contacts!

Hi friends!
Given some recent events in my life, this week I am here to talk a little bit about the importance of taking care of yourself, asking for help, and the type of leadership we should exhibit. I would love to hear your thoughts and experiences with this.

Hi everyone!
This week in therapy, I was asked a very thought provoking question:
"What makes me minimize my value and space I occupy in people's lives?"
WHEW! That one hit me HARD!
I'm here to talk about what I've come up with so far, and where I'd like to go. This episode is quite vulnerable and I appreciate you guys for listening and giving me your time. I encourage you to think about your answer to this question, if this is something you may find yourself doing.
Where do you struggle to take up space?

Hi Everyone!
This week is the second part in the series about communication! Last episode I talked about some common roadblocks that impact our ability to communicate with those around us, and this week I'm getting right into the different communication styles; passive, aggressive, assertive, passive-aggressive. Which one are you? Give this episode a listen to find out!
I'll be sharing more specific examples for these styles in the upcoming Patreon episode that'll be released on Tuesday!

Hello!
This is an "in-between" episode to talk to you about where I've been, what I've been feeling, and how it's been going. I wanted to be transparent with everyone and just speak from the heart. I'm shifting, growing, ascending, if you will lol. Maybe you've felt this way, maybe not, but I hope you give it a listen, and I'll be back next week with regularly scheduled programming!
