for the last two months, i’ve lived a sort of internet-free life. i can't say fully internet free because i think it would be naive to say that, but i rarely doomscroll anymore. you know what doomscrolling is -  we've all wasted time doing it. it's incredibly hard not to do it, especially when you have social media in your pocket. however, life without doomscrolling is really beautiful and that's why i've created today's episode: things to do instead of doomscrolling. let’s get into it.
