In this interview, Irma van Herwaarde, the founder of Big Value, shares her expertise on personal development and living a fulfilling life. She highlights the importance of believing in oneself and staying true to one's own truth, regardless of others' opinions. Self-love, according to Irma, is crucial for leading a happy and fulfilled life. She explains that the ability to love others is directly linked to loving oneself, and one can only be loved to the extent that they love themselves. Insecurities and a lack of self-love can hinder individuals from fully expressing themselves in relationships.

Peet talks with Charlotte Grimmel, a social and business psychologist and professional coach. They discuss imposter syndrome, which is described as a pervasive feeling of self-doubt, insecurity, and incompetence, despite evidence of achievements or success. People with imposter syndrome often believe that their accomplishments are due to luck or external factors rather than their own abilities and hard work. They fear being exposed as frauds and worry about not being able to maintain their success. Charlotte prefers to refer to it as the "imposter phenomenon" or "imposter thoughts" rather than a syndrome, as it normalizes the experience and encourages a growth mindset.

Erin reflects on her healing and spiritual journey, acknowledging that it was not a straightforward path of growth. Initially, she carried negative beliefs and engaged in toxic behaviors, blaming others, particularly her (former)partner Craig, for her issues. Erin admits to holding herself in a victim's seat for a significant period of time. However, she gradually took steps forward, occasionally taking steps back, as she honestly confronted and dealt with her personal issues one by one and improved her relationship with herself.
By allowing herself to enjoy and indulge in activities that brought her joy, such as fashion, she began to cultivate a sense of worthiness in different areas of her life. Erin advises others to simplify their search for passion and purpose by focusing on the things that genuinely bring them joy.
A great episode to get to know Erin and het path better - beyond the Triangl story.
