Hello good human,

and welcome to the first episode of The Sunshine Project recorded under the influence (of a Selective Serotonin Reintake Inhibitor).

I’ve trotted off to the pharmacy to pick up something that will hopefully help me feel less like I’m being chased by a wild tiger all of the time - fight or flight has really been fight or flighting lately - and so today, I want to talk about what’s been going on, and why I’m giving medication a go.
