When you're looking to get into the property market, the more conventional route would see you investing in your first home to live in. That's a story that we're familiar with, but for Matt and Jess from Chamberlain Properties, their first property purchase was a development project! A huge undertaking absolutely, but with a background as an electrician, Matt had worked with developers for years already.
