August 20, 2023 Guided Meditation: Connect and Align with the North Star to Find Your Life Purpose
Today we're going to be connecting with the North Star. The North Star is a guiding star. It is a star that helps you most align to your intended path. Find what it is that you are meant to be doing on this Earth, help guide you, help you in decision making.
The North Star helps align you to your greatest good. It is a star of alignment, both individually and on the planetary level, so it's a planetary alignment star. Connecting to the North Star can become a practice in your life anytime you need to be present for decision making. When you want to make decisions that are in service to your best, brightest future, it can become a practice that you do on a regular basis.

August 05, 2023 The Karma of Atlantis. It is Time to Release it. Here is How You Can do it Right Now
Today we are talking about the karma of Atlantis. I've been called to take this topic upon because we are at a juncture, not only are we migrating from a third dimensional density to a fifth dimensional density, but as a part of this transition, as a part of the ending of the cycle, we have to work through a lot of karma collectively as humanity.
It happens so that the karma of Atlantis is coming front and center for humanity. Today, we're gonna talk about that because a lot of the beautiful souls that have shown up for this incarnation carry within themselves the imprint of the karmic lessons they have lived through on Atlantis.
We're collectively ready to let go this karma.
00:00 Intro
02:50 There are multiple versions of Atlantis
05:50 Now is the time
10:27 The fear of water
16:15 the fear of pain
