Today we’re hearing from JP who began work with me in early 2022 and has since overcome binge eating after experiencing cycles of disordered eating that have been present his entire adult life. As a man who’s been dedicated to developing an amazing career and raising a family, it wasn’t until late 2021, in his 40s, that JP realised that was he was struggling with was in fact Binge Eating. And like many people in his situation, JP’s initial attempts to find the right kind of support were met with a distinct lack of warmth. But despite that, he persisted in finding answers, connected with me, has done brilliant work, and is now binge free. So here’s JP to tell us about his journey, and how we turned things around.
