Today, I'm sharing reflections from alumni of my group program, Resourced.
Hear from Joy, Viktória, Katie, Colleen, and Ginny — five women who joined me last fall to reclaim their pace, power, and relationships through nervous system re-patterning.
Along the way, I share mini musings on how to transform your life with simple, 10-minute practices and daily invitations to pause, feel, resource yourself, and choose what's next.
The next cohort of Resourced begins September 30th. Together, we'll spend 12 weeks creating the foundation for your sustainable liberation, boundaries, sovereignty, aligned connection, and joy. Learn more and join us.

Today marks the final day of my free Opting Out of Urgency program (you can still catch the replays here).
To celebrate, I'm sharing a special bonus episode: a guided meditation on sovereignty and sacred interdependence.
Settle in, listen with your body, and enjoy this invitation to return to your center while remembering the web that holds us all.
If it lands, please consider joining me in Resourced — a 12-week journey to reclaim your pace, power, and relationships through nervous system re-patterning. We begin September 30th.
Today on Threshold Moments, I'm joined by my good friend Ginny Gill.
Ginny is a gifted breathwork practitioner, professional space-holder, and veterinary oncologist. She also moves through life as a mother, wife, daughter, sister, forever learner—and most recently, as a participant in my Resourced program.
In our conversation, Ginny opens up about how life transitions, especially divorce, have shaped her relationship with her body and her inner knowing. Together, we talk about what it means to release urgency, honor your capacity, and stay devoted to what truly matters.

Tele Darden is a somatic coach, teacher, and facilitator with an international reach who supports visionary practitioners to bring their most authentic, embodied medicine into the world. She's been in practice since 2007, accumulating thousands of hours of body work and holding space as a coach.
I first got to cohabitate a space with Tele when I was training with Brigit Viksnins of Alchemical Alignment. Tele's presence was so grounding, so intuitive, and so wise. She is a living example of her belief that well-resourced practitioners can become wellsprings of healing for all that seek them.
I'm thrilled to invite Tele to Threshold Moments. Please enjoy this conversation where we explore:

In a world that praises endless achievement and self-sacrifice, Amina AlTai has emerged as a voice of profound clarity, showing us that ambition can be regenerative instead of extractive, rooted in community rather than supremacy culture.
Her work calls us to remember that our nervous systems, relationships, and self-worth are often tangled in how we pursue success. She teaches us to recognize the traps of toxic ambition as well as how to build something more sustainable, dignified, and truly life-giving.
Today we welcome Amina AlTai back to the podcast to discuss her new book The Ambition Trap. Tune in her to hear us discuss:

Welcome, dear listeners. Today I'm delighted to welcome my friend Jennifer Racioppi back to the podcast.
Jennifer is a speaker, coach, astrologer, and the author of Cosmic Health. In this conversation, we commune with the stars to learn what the forecast for 2025 will look and feel like, as Jen weaves her understanding of life into her astrological insights.
We also explore the concept of "shame-based ambition," where one's drive is fueled by the need to prove worth through constant outward accomplishment, and discuss why taking slow action from a heart-centered place is more nourishing for your nervous system.
