Just yesterday I was speaking with a dear client about the fear a woman feels as she gets older. The idea that we’ll arrive at a certain age, feeling full of regret over not having done enough, saved enough, risked enough, or made enough of our lives.
So this fear runs us, prodding us from behind like a pitchfork, pushing us further away from ourselves and our deeper, truer desires. But then something happens when we enter mid-life.
The rushing outwards starts to spiral back inwards.
And while not always the case, we tend to arrive at the fearsome place feeling like we’ve arrived right on time, and in style.
Now all of this sounds great, until you start calling a woman a crone. 😮
Crone tends to conjure images of being dried up, withered.
Oh, what a smear campaign.
What a poisoning of the water of a woman’s beauty, power, and pleasure as she moves through life.
One of the ways we (ahem) come to our senses around aging, time, and true feminine beauty is to see it modeled.
And today, I couldn’t be more proud and excited to bring you the most magnificent, gorgeous, radiant model I know: my Mom.
You'll hear gems on:
