Recorded on Zoom in 2020. A full journey through the Twelve Steps as per the book Alcoholics Anonymous (the Big Book), for Al-Anons and S-Anons, but broadly relevant also to anyone using the Twelve Steps, in whatever fellowship they are in.
Steps Two to Eleven are the same between AA and Al-Anon. Steps One and Twelve cover largely the same territory between AA and Al-Anon, just with a different angle in Step One and a couple of differences in Step Twelve.
The Al-Anon angle is very useful for many AAs, especially those who grew up in alcoholic homes or spend a lot of time, today, with alcoholics, either drunk or sober.
The workshop itself still runs, every Sunday: https://bigbookanonworkshop.blogspot.com/
