This topic has come to my awareness a number of times - almost pushing me to talk about it. Some of you may know that I was a rawfoodist for over 10 years - THAT was what I would call 'Conscious Eating' - at least that is how I thought at the time. I focused on the energy of the food and the fact that that vibration was merging with your own. What seems to be happening now is so much more than that. The energies - the frequency are constantly being turned up - which will cause all kinds of changes to our lives. It is almost like the 'Beings of Light' have a dial that they have been slowly turning up & up - sending a frequency to us that will open our awareness. The interesting thing is the fact that the planet is going through ascension at the same time as we are - both the planet & the human's on it are evolving together. It's actually pretty wild when you think of it that way. I am told that this is a very exciting time to be experiencing a human life. I heard someone call it a 'Time of Great Change' and that seems to be what is going on. As the frequency changes around us, our lives will change - which includes what we eat. When I first heard this, I had just started eating meat after years of being a vegetarian - some of which I was a rawfoodist. My first thought was 'REALLY?'...honestly, why did I start eating meat to actually return to back to not eating it? I spent weeks actually fighting this LOL - I can be very stubborn. In the meantime, I kept hearing from others about eating consciously - even mindful eating. Now, remember - we all have free will and the choice is totally up to you on other you accept the hints you are getting. Hearing so many times from people and even posts that I noticed online, was enough for me to start giving in - so I started the process of cutting back and eating more salads - I LOVE a big salad and find it very satisfying. I will be honest, I haven't given up meat entirely yet - but with that said, I have probably only ate it once in a week. It is just a matter of time, before I won't eat it anymore - what I have noticed though is it doesn't taste very good AT ALL. It is my belief that on an energetic level, the energy of an animal's flesh is NOT what is needed in my body anymore. Just saying that out loud - animal's flesh...has just turned me right off. What conscious eating is - and some people call it mindful eating - which is the same thing in my mind, is focusing on eating food that the planet gifts us. Eating plant based foods is feeding your body with the BEST possible fuel for all our cells and organs to benefit from. Most of us - including myself, has been eating what we want...and most of it is sugary garbage. When you really think of it, do you want your cells rejuvenating from a steak - which came from a cow that was fed corn and didn't see the sun or eat any nutritious grass? Or a chicken who spends it's life in a cage with diseased chickens around them? You may choose to ignore this information and continue with the food that you have been eating - OR you will make the decision to transform your meals into something much better for your body. Some of my clients tell me that they wouldn't be able to eat what they do, if they actually thought about what they are eating. I felt this way growing up and still do - if I thought of the actual chicken as I ate it - I would likely spit it out. As I mentioned already, every food that you eat has a vibration and eating plant based foods with a high vibration will increase your frequency. Not only that, it will also help your body to heal and transform the cells that need to be healed. How to get started is to STOP eating anything with sugar - sugar is the BIGGEST addiction in the world. When I was a rawfoodist, I was well known for the amazing desserts I made. At the time, I thought healthy sugar is good for your body - NOW, after being KETO since last August, I know what sugar can do to your body. It took 2 weeks after giving up sugar that my tastes buds totally changed. Now, if I eat anything with sugar - even just a little bit, I FEEL my body losing energy. I actually feel like I could use a nap - THAT is how tired I get eating just a little bit of sugar. There are a ton of videos online that claim that sugar is no different than cocaine...THAT is how addictive it is. When you are eating plant based foods, look for organic - THAT is where you will get the nutrients and not food that is loaded with pesticides. Not only that, I choose to eat only REAL food and not genetically modified foods - GMO, when you buy organic, you get REAL FOODS. When you practice mindful eating, you will eat slower and really focus on the food that you are chewing on - no TV or radio - eating in silence will help you to focus on what you are eating. Eating slowly and chewing your food very well, will help your digestive system as well. If you happen to be in a situation, like a restaurant for a meal, remember to bless your food - THAT will raise the vibration for your body.
