Lara Kitchen joins me to explore some of her mental health struggles. She was diagnosed with alopecia at a young age which played a big part in some of her struggles with eating disorders and social anxiety. She is only 27 and has had many experiences in hospitals and faced some very difficult times. Despite this, she has turned things around, finding self-love and a new mindset to conquer the world. In a vulnerable chat, we explore:
- Alopecia and the impact on a young girl's psyche
- Fear of other people's opinions and forming new relationships
- Eating disorders and what changed her relationship with food
- Self-love and a new way of living
- Expressing emotions in a healthy manner
and much much more.
