So far this series I have been chatting to celebrities about their stories, but this week I am talking to the man who helps celebrities!

Max is the founder of the Matchstick Group, whose job it is to look after celebrities.

He founded the company after one of the worst year's of his life, and it is now the light for him after all the darkness.

And for him, he wanted to make sure his company has a mental health message with a difference.
