I was so lucky to hear their stories of how they got started thanks to a Harp ad, what it was like touring during the Troubles and why losing a band member put an end to them touring again.

The group have a new album out now, At the BBC, featuring 4 CDs and a DVD which has recordings from the 70s and a book with loads of knowledge and stories!

I am so blessed to have this gorgeous chat with Jack, about sport, Dancing with the Stars, mental health and finding love.
