One of the things a lot of people don't think about porn is the inhibiting effects it brings to us. For a lot of guys, it becomes HABITUAL. It becomes what they do every night, every morning, every day, in the office, etc.

It becomes a compulsive habit for them. And with that habit, like for any compulsion, you're always needing more.

This oftentimes can cause issues with your partner. Because now, you're leaking energy outside of the relationship.

EXCESSIVE porn creates a false reality about how relationships really are. A lot of men forget that porn is done by actors, who only act out peoples' fantasies rather than the realities.
