For our World Championships preview edition we're joined by Hurdles Royalty Sally Gunnell and Kevin Young 👑

Both Sally and Kevin were crowned the 1992 Olympic and 1993 World 400mh Champions,  setting WR's along the way and with Tokyo 2025 only days away we all get deep into what we're looking forward to most (There's a lot of hurdles chat).

We also reminisce about their legendary careers as well as discover that we've all known each other for a VERY long time!!!
