In Season 2 of the Covert Narcissist, I want to let fellow Covert Narcissists in on tools that help me be a better person and less toxic. Being a Covert Narcissist is painful and exhausting. We’re not only hurting others, but also constantly hurting ourselves. Episode 1 of this season focuses on structure. Planning my day helped me avoid disappointments and frustration. It helped me scheming and plotting less.

Hi, I’m a covert narcissist in therapy. After I was diagnosed with my personality disorder and have accepted the facts, I wanted to learn more about it and found plenty of resources for Victims of Narcissistic abuse, but little to no resources for Covert Narcissists themselves. So I decided to use my insights and learnings to on the one hand give victims of narcissistic abuse an unfiltered view into my brain and maybe help them heal, but mostly to reach out to other Covert Narcissists who are trying to be less toxic.
