You might remember Tracey Spicer reading you the news every night on Network Ten throughout the 1990s and 2000s. These days, you're more likely to find her advocating for all kinds of different causes, writing books, or giving motivational speeches.

After a long career in journalism including multiple Walkley Awards, Tracey has reported on some pretty horrific stuff. It's taken it's toll on her mental health having recently been diagnosed with complex PTSD. LuckShe's got plenty of strategies to help calm her farm.
