On May 8, 1981, Jamey Walker, 18, had just returned home from a date when she was kidnapped and held for ransom.  Before the family could provide the requested amount of $75,000 to the kidnapper(s), Jamey was murdered.  It would take 30+ years for "justice" to be served but even then... the ending is unlike anything anyone could have ever expected.
