Demetria Hill, 19, and her best friend, Tamila, were approached by a stranger who offered to take them out to dinner.  The girls found him to be charming and seemingly normal — and so, they took a chance.  A chance they’d grow to regret.  The night takes a turn for the worst after Tam is dropped off and Demetria heads out solo with the stranger, never to be seen again.  Demetria’s mother, Sharon, takes matters into her own hands — canvassing neighborhoods and approaching said stranger.  Her persistence ultimately helps detectives to finally crack the case wide open.
