We continue right where we left off -- Faith is in the hospital receiving treatment for the cuts to her face and the gunshot wound to her foot.  She's in both physical and emotional pain from not only the bodily injury - but also from the horror of watching her two children be executed in front of her.  But little did she know, that was just the beginning.
