On this week’s episode I sit down with Tracy Lally, Tracy is a makeup artist, Tracy is a sister a daughter a wife but above all Tracy is a mum.

Tracy’s raw emotion broke my heart last Christmas as she gave her followers a glimpse into her life as a co parent.

It is her first time to open up like this and I am so thankful she did it with me, we talk about the beginning of her pregnancy on Tilly and the struggle she faced with this and the fact that she just didn’t enjoy it. 

I love the fact that she is so open and honest about her journey with Tilly’s happiness and security at the forefront of everything she does.

Her resilience and strength knows no bounds, she tells me she couldn’t have done this without the support of her family and simply glows when she talks about Paul.
