Stevens new course: Finding Peace in Everyday Life (you choose how much to pay)
The inspiration for this meditation came from one of my supporters who shared that they have been listening to my meditations as part of the 12 Steps. That really moved me.
I am no expert in the 12 Steps, but I have come to know them through friends and clients over the years. What I love is that their wisdom is universal. They speak to the same truths we all face when we are trying to change, heal, or simply live more honestly with ourselves.
This meditation is for anyone walking that kind of path. Maybe you are giving something up, staying sober, breaking an old habit, or learning to live with more acceptance. The process can feel slow, messy, and uncertain. It can feel like you are going nowhere at all. But when you stop and look back, you begin to see how far you have already come.
In this episode, we begin with a short reflection on the nature of change and then move into a gentle guided meditation that invites you to trust the process. It helps you rest in what is, rather than chase what might be, and reminds you that growth often happens quietly beneath the surface.
This meditation will help you
You do not have to see the whole path to take the next step.
Trust the journey you are on. You will get there.
