Ash is back and we're not sick any more - actually, that's a lie because Ash has a strong case of spitty bum post Bali. He shares his highs and lows from the trip, which includes trying to get 4 kids to sleep-over in the one room so the the Dads can keep hanging out and enduring long haul flights with toddlers.

Matt's discovered the hardest part of parenting girls - having to do their hair in the morning. He also had an incident with Marlie where a midnight nose-picking session has caused the world's biggest nose bleed in his bed. To make matters worse, he was charge twice by the cleaners to remove the stains.

Ash's body continues to battle ailments - just after he was starting to get over his cold, his haemorrhoids have begun to flair up. Fingers crossed he'll be back to full health in no time (don't hold your breathe).

Matt's having a tough week with Laura on the road with her Live Show tour - he's had to take on the bulk of the domestic duties but after getting the horns one night (whilst Laura worked late) he needed to air out his frustrations.

Would you bloody believe it.. Ash Wicks aka The Cat has landed on his feet once again. At the 11th hour on Sunday morning he managed to get a ticket to the NRL grand final alongside Matty J. It wasn't without its ups and downs - the lads battled flu (apologise for the slight husk today), premature ejaculation at the sight of Reece Walsh, Anthony Albanese's security team and a last minute Broncos loss that still rattles Matty J.

In parenting news, Ash has found a discipline style that finally works on Macy and Matty J has a list of signs that a bloke will become a good dad.

Matt gives an update on his week without Laura (she's been working in Bali). Highlights include stealing his mum who was in town to help his sister move house, finally figuring out how to hold his daughters when they bush-wee and not interrupting his kids when they slept on the floor. What a doting dad!

Ash had a dads weekend down the coast with the partners from his mother's group. Plans to enjoy fishing, jetskiing and the beach were soon replaced with a day session at the pub. Only issue is that the pub was 21km from their house, no taxis and everyone had a belly full of beer. It's a miracle they all returned home in one piece.

Ever heard of Slap Cheek? No, neither had we before this ep, but Oscar (Ash's son) has it. For those wondering, it's a viral infection caused by the human parvovirus B19, which means no daycare. DEVASTATING !

Matt's won worst uncle of the week after giving his nephew some pointers on the scooter, which led him to face planting and getting 3 stitches in hospital. Matt was then back in hospital with Marlie (his daughter) due to an upset tummy. Don't worry, it was just a telescopic intestine (nothing serious).

All this medical chat reminded Ash of the time he suffered a twisted testicle and almost lost his nut (happy to confirm both nuts are still intact).

Matt and Ash enjoyed a lovely day out to celebrate Producer Keeshia's birthday - drinks were flowing, food was delish and there wasn't a toddler in sight. What could possibly go wrong!? Just a disagreement between Matty J and one of Ash's fans after he generously offered to take a snap.

Ash has his knickers in a knot because of an average gift he got from Oscar/daycare for father's day and Matt was left feeling like he was touched inappropriately after a massage Laura booked for him wasn't quite what he expected.

Matt, Laura and the kids have just returned from being on Maggie Island for Laura's dad's 70th. Warm weather, beaches and catching up with the fam... what's not to love?! Just an infection that'd turn Lola into the Princess of Darkness !!!

Ash wants to know - if your kid is sick and can't attend a birthday party, can you just keep the gift for the another party or do you have to still give it to the original intended recipient?
