This was a return to the United States after his first visit to the Finger Lakes in 2017 when he heard that Paul Hobbs was opening a winery. We are taking a break from our regular show to make an announcement and own up to our shortcomings as voices in the wine industry. This is an unreserved apology to people who we have hurt and offended with our conduct and content in the past. It is not the standard to which we are trying to set ourselves. As people who are trying to be agents of change in an industry that is ripe for abuse we need to do better.
