He’s worked steadily in commercials, TV, and other media projects since making that move after his football career ended. Dave is also a fellow writer with 2 published books out and a podcast host of the “Keepin’ it 1000” podcast. He organizes non-profit and charity events for Special Olympics and The National Breast Cancer Foundation in the spare time he does have. Dave and I dive deep today in exploring how we can all tap into a truly ever present inner peace, even in what can feel like life’s biggest setbacks. We explore the practice of giving our selves grace, a foreign concept to a lot of athletes out there.
