Jake Hendrix is the studio director at Rift Creative, a boutique creative agency, and host of The Roadcast, a visual video podcast. He is a certified coach in the Kolbe tool and specializes in emotional well-being in the workplace and self-awareness. "Until you make the subconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate." Through his work, Jake has discovered the power of storytelling and brand creation as a way to cultivate a unique value for brands and organizations.

After hosting a design conference in 2019, Jake and his team had to pivot due to the pandemic and The Roadcast was born. The podcast is focused on the creative process and inspiring creativity by interviewing artists, designers, and entrepreneurs.
