Today we are thrilled to be spilling the tea with our guest and dear friend of the podcast Kate Codrington. 

Kate is a writer, facilitator, yoga Nidra guide, podcaster and artist. Her first book, Second Spring was hailed a ‘menopause cannon’ by The New York Times, well she has written another gem of a book, this time it’s a journal, The Perimenopause Journal: Unlock your power, own your wellbeing and find your path. It’s a fun and lively podcast chat filled with Kate’s words of wisdom. 

It’s a reading week for our Book Collective this week. We are reading chapters 19-25 of our new book for series 11, All Fours by Miranda July. You can join in with our Book Club, send us a DM or voice note with your thoughts on the book.
