A misconception that people have is that tantra is all about s*x, but, the sexual aspect of tantra is just 8-10% of what tantra is about and used for. Tantra is about body connection, strengthening relationships, and much more. One particular thing that Tantra has done for me is that it has helped me heal from some traumas I have in my life. The same can be said for my guest Frances.
