On this 🎙The Real Forno Show 🏈 - The Minnesota Vikings found a way to pull out a 28-25 win over a depleted New Orleans Saints team. While they are 3-1 heading back to Minneapolis to play the rival Chicago Bears, it hasn't been a pretty road to get there. They have not been able to take over games and put their foot on the throat of the opponent. How concerned should we be about that? How is winning clunkers an improvement from last year? What's with Kirk Cousins' terrible interceptions? What are your thoughts on the Chicago Bears team? Tune in tonight at 6pm central as we break it all down on The Real Forno Show!

- Victory over the Saints in London, cheers!

- Kirk Cousins’ indecisiveness and inconsistencies.

- Now onto da Bears.

All of that and more tonight on The Real Forno Show. Strap in and join host Tyler Forness and producer Dave live tonight!

Your Minnesota Vikings have traveled to England to play the New Orleans Saints at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Will they get a more even play distribution to their weapons? Partially. Will Justin Jefferson return closer to week 1 JJ? He did with 10 receptions for 187 yards and a 3-yard run sweep for a touchdown. Will Adam Thielen prove the crafty vet that can bail out Kirk Cousins? He did numerous times. Can the offensive line continue to improve? At first look, they had a hard time today and it constantly left Kirk Cousins feeling the pressure. Can the defense stop a 4th down conversion? This is still a question and they did give up one conversion. All these questions and more are to be answered on Climbing The Pocket’s The Final Score going live at the final 2-minute warning.

1) Highlights

2) Lowlights

3) Speed round and your questions

4) What’s ahead

The Final Score [the name for CTP’s Postgame show] is here. There are 4 regulars and the occasional guest. The focus will be on you the fan, and how you felt the team did—hopefully racking up the wins in the regular season. Today, Matt Anderson, Flip Mazzi, Jayson Brown, and Dave will be here. Did you like what you saw?

Over the last two games, Justin Jefferson’s production has been way down versus the breakout game in the season opener. He has only caught 9 passes for 62 yards and no TDs when he caught over twice that much, 9 for 184 and 2 TDs in week 1. Is there a problem? Yes, there is, and we will “tell” you all about it on this Vikings at New Orleans Saints in the London edition of Two Old Bloggers.

On this Climbing The Pocket pregame show, your Minnesota Vikings got their second win against the Detroit Lions last week in a close game. They had to come back from behind twice it was a gutsy performance, and we have Dan Campbell to thank for it, at least partially.

So far in the three games, what do you think about Kevin O’Connell and how the team has done? Do you like it? Are there some concerns? Why does it look really similar to what the previous offensive coordinators used to do?

Darren and Dave will then get into breaking down the Vikings at the Saints in London and what you all can expect, should the Vikings win. What about Dalvin Cook’s shoulder? And then there is Justin Jefferson, can he break this to game funk he is in? Will Andy Dalton be harder to play against than a beat-up Jamie’s Winston throwing interceptions all over the yard? This and more today on 20B.

Here are the themes for the show:

Theme #1: Giving our thanks to Dan Campbell.

Theme #2: What we like (and don’t) about the Kevin O’Connell Vikings after 3 games

Theme #3: Vikings – Saints preview

Darren Campbell and David Stefano are the Two Old Bloggers. Both started public commentary on the Vikings two decades ago on various blogs. They now do it via live streams on YouTube and Facebook. We appreciate your team fandom and your taking the time to enjoy it with us.

🔥Viking Hot Takes🔥 are back but with a change this week. The Minnesota Vikings defeated the Detroit Lions in a game that required 2 comebacks from being down double digits. Were there any hot takes that you had? How about for the trip to London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium to play the New Orleans Saints? Will we see Good Kirk and an offense firing on all cylinders? Do we now have a Vikings offensive line with no issues?

Flip from Climbing The Pocket will not battle Eric Thompson from the Daily Norseman for the 38th episode of Viking Hot Takes on the Climbing The Pocket channel on Tuesday night. You read that right. Flip will not debate with Eric. He instead will be bouncing hot takes with Vikings Happy Hour host, Matt Anderson. Why? Because Eric is on his way to England to report from the game. In this episode, Flip and Matt follow the usual format of the show, with 3 questions each in the 20-minute, and no biting kneecaps.

Flip asks:

1. Did the Vikings get a good win, or avoid a bad loss?

2. How many weeks should they rest Dalvin Cook?

3. Why does 2022 feel so much like 2018?

Matt asks:

1. Is the Offensive Line no longer an issue?

2. What do you think about Kevin O'Connell's play calling?

3. Can we be optimistic about the Vikings defense?

Fan with us!!! Guest Matt Anderson @MattAnderson_8, will join Flip Mazzi @Flipmazzi. Eric Thompson @eric_j_thompson will be rooting for Matt, and producer Dave @Luft_Krigare as part of a @Climb_ThePocket Network’s & @DailyNorseman’s production. Also, with our newest partner at CTP, Lake Monster Brewing @LakeMonsterBrew as we venture beneath the surface in search of something unknown and extraordinary. This is both in their wonderful beverage selections and our coverage of your favorite team.

On this 🎙The Real Forno Show 🏈 - The Minnesota Vikings pulled out a clunker victory 28-24 over the Detroit Lions on Sunday afternoon. The key to this show is all about consistency. The Vikings currently don’t have any either on the offensive or defensive sides of the football. The positive side is that Kirk Cousins delivered in crunch time and brought the team back twice from double-digit deficits. We will talk about that and more including a preview of the bash in London on The Real Forno Show.

- Cousins’ heroics in the Vikings’ victory over the Lions

- Team preparing for Saints in London, cheers!

Your Minnesota Vikings are back home in the loving embrace of US Bank Stadium to play the Detroit Lions in this NFC North matchup. Will the Vikings bounce back after Monday’s loss today? Yes. Has coach Kevin O’Connell looked at what went wrong and how to fix it? He did, at least some of it. Will he learn lessons from watching not only that game but both Lions games to date? Starting to. Will he have Kirk Cousins playing with the calm mind he has talked about? When it counted. Will Dalvin Cook and Adam Thielen get the ball more? They did. All these questions and more to be answered on Climbing The Pocket’s The Final Score going live at the final 2 minute warning.

On this Two Old Bloggers, the Minnesota Vikings got humiliated on Monday Night Football when the Philadelphia Eagles ran all over the team and the offense had ‘bad’ Kirk show up. As Glover Quin said earlier in the week, the key to winning against the Vikings isn’t to take Justin Jefferson and Adam Thielen out; it is to take the run game out by scoring early and, most importantly, the biggest of keys… make Kirk Cousins uncomfortable. Do that and everything will fall in place. We all knew that the defense was going to be the weaker of the two units, but the offense needed to make up the difference, and by no means did they do that. We expect better!

Are you worried about the results? How about the early results from Kwesi Adofo-Mensah’s 2022 draft class? The Vikings’ #1 draft pick has not seen any significant time. Sunday against the Lions with Harrison ‘Hitman’ Smith already being called out, you’d think he would get the start but it looks 5th rounder Josh Metellus will get the call. Does that bother you? We expect better! Then the second pick, Andrew Booth, has yet to be healthy enough to get on the field and already has been passed on the depth chart. We expect better!

Then comes in the #1 scoring and #1 run game to date, this season in the Detroit Lions. Is it luck or that big head fake that will have Lion’s fans shaking their heads as a start that seemed promising suddenly goes down the drain like season after season? Has Dan Campbell actually got the team on the right track and the Vikings are to be their next victims? We expect better! Darren and Dave will break this matchup down. Can the Vikes bounce back? Can the Lions play well away from home? You decide.

Here are the themes for the show:

Theme #1: Should we be worried about what happened Monday night?

Theme #2: The Class of 2022 has been quiet so far

Theme #3: Lions vs Vikings preview
