Today's dose of "Vitamin D" is dedicated to your crown. It's your glory. It's whatever you hold and carry with pride. I was taking a listen to this track by Chika. It's entitled "Crown" and in it she says, "I'ma make it in the rain or shine. All about my money, Don't waste no time. Ain't nobody gonnna bring me down. I'm on an elevator. I'm on to something greater. Ain't nobody gon' take my crown."
I want you to declare that for your life. But see, what you gotta understand is that you have to know your worth and what you deserve. Chika continues. "You deserve the world. And if no one else will say it, then I'll spill to the mic in the studio when I lay it. Now play it when you get discouraged. I know chasing the impossible takes some courage. And I can promise at the end of your journey when it's all said and done. Won't nothing feel much better than here, my nigga. You won."
You can only fail if you don't quit. But see, that's why you got to know who you are and you got to know whose you are. Because you know you're worthy for your best life. And guess what? It's yours for the asking. So walk in your authority and go get it.

Today's dose of "Vitamin D" is dedicated to passion. Oftentimes people ask, "How do I find my passion? How do I tap into my purpose? What do I look? What should I do? How do I know when I see it?" Well, I was listening to Jhené Aiko and in her track "While We're Young" she up there talking about love, but I look at it as love for anything, right?
She says, "I'm telling everybody your mine and I like it and I really hope you don't mind. I can't fight it. No, you know, I cannot hide it because I'm so excited that I finally decided on you." I feel it's the same way with your passion or purpose. You're just going to be so excited about it. It's going to be what wakes you up. It's going to be the button that presses you to keep going.
And you're going to want to tell the world about it because you appreciate it, you love it, and you honor it. That's how you're going to know that it's yours. Now, she continues on to say, "I want to lay with you, spend the night with you, then spend my life with you. All right, I'll go everywhere you go. You know I'll go. I'll go everywhere you go."
When it's your past and your purpose don't let nothing stop you. That's your peace.

Today's dose of vitamin D is dedicated to you stepping into your power. All that you say that you are. It's time to step into the light. Step into the light so that you can be seen. Now, here's the thing. When you step into the light because you are seen, you're more viable to be attacked. But you must remind yourself who you are and whose you are, and the ability and the affirmation and the courage you have over your life.
I was listening to this track by Kevin Gates it's entitled "Big Life" and in it he says, "only positivity in this space we keepin' it sacred right now." It reminds me how I always say, "you have to treat certain people and things like you have a white outfit on." You can't let everything and everyone get too close. He continues on to say, "Calling the spirit of protection. I got steppers around me right now. I didn't go into my power. I ain't got to be careful. Not now."
Who do you say that you are? Do you understand the power that you hold over your life? Huh? Do you understand the angels? Do you understand the force? Do you understand who and whose you are? I'm just wondering because I think it's time to boldly declare who it is that you say that you are.
It's time for you to step into your power... lives waiting... tic toc.

Today's dose of "Vitamin D" is dedicated to letting go of the things that do not serve you. You know what as I always say, if it doesn't serve you, it doesn't deserve you. I was taking the listen to Beyoncé's new track "Break My Soul" and I felt inspired. I felt invigorated I say that because in the track she states "Motivation. I'm looking for a new foundation, and I'm on that new vibration. I'm building my own foundation."
What are you building? What life are you creating for yourself? You know, they say insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a new result. Are you happy with the life that you're living? If not, why haven't you changed it? Do you understand that you have the power to create the life that you want?
In the track, Beyonce continues on. "If you don't seek it, you won't see it. If you don't think it, you won't be it." She continues. "Trying to fake it never makes it." So how about we keep it real, huh? How about we learn to live life on purpose and for a purpose? How about we learn to only serve things that deserve us? Huh?
The time is now. Don't let it break your soul.

Dawn explains how the 95.5% of any situation can be derailed by that .5% we tend to overlook.

Today's dose of "Vitamin D" is dedicated to having the ultimate confidence in yourself. Like so much that you just speak life. You just speak things over yourself because you just know. Not because you're waiting for somebody else to tell you, because you have this feeling inside of you and this ultimate confidence that you can make anything you want to happen.
And I bet if you sit back and you look back, you realize that you've done it more times than not. I was taking a listen to this track on my workout today. It's entitled "Churchill Downs" by Jack Harlow, featuring Drake and in it Jack says, "Sometimes when I sit back, I really let it register. I did everything I said I would and said it first."
Catch it. What's the last time you declared something over your life that you wanted? Did you go get it? You know they say... The more grateful you are, the more things you have to be grateful for. So give yourself a little grace and give yourself enough credit to know that you have done something and you've done a lot.
And I think sometimes we work in denial because we are waiting for others to affirm us, for others to agree with us. But, you know, as Jack continued on to say, he says, "I mean, the world's in denial, but they all knew what I'm headed for." Hey, when you have that ultimate confidence in yourself, you enroll other people to believe it as well.
Dreams don't work unless you do. Speak confidence over your life. All right?

Today's dose of "Vitamin D" is dedicated to how you movin'. What I mean by that is how you approach your life, situation and things. They say if you want to be better, you got to do better. So I challenge you to think how you moving about in your life. If you're trying to elevate and grow, I need you to do an inventory of who and what you have around you.
I was listening to this track "Move Different" by Payroll Giovanni, and he says, "When you're chasing goals, you gon' move different when you level up, you gon' lose niggas." You know, I'm all about a pruning season. If it doesn't serve you, it doesn't deserve you. Don't go out there trying to be playing in the major leagues out there playing street ball.
You're going to have to make a decision to live on purpose and for a purpose and that's going to require you to do different things, hang around different people and involve yourself with different situations. But again, the choice is up to you because if you're ever going to realize or figure out what it is that you truly desire and want out of life it's going to be based on your choices.
So how you movin'?

Today's dose of "Vitamin D" is dedicated to you putting in that work I think oftentimes we think things happen overnight. We think they fall in our laps. Heck, we think that we owe our right to have something. But I challenge you to realize that dreams don't work unless you do. So that means you're going to have to put in that work.
I was taking a listen to this track entitled "Put in Work" by Swoope. And in it, he says, "All that talking is useless. Don't need no excuses. Short cuts for the foolish. This only way to do this." Put in work. You ready to work?
You know, putting down work is so important because now you got a sense of the value of it. You know, how to hold on. You know when to let go. Ain't no shortcuts to this thing called life. To success. Abundance. You got to put in that work. I challenge you. Put in that work so that you can be better and do better.
All right. OK, Well, that's it for your dose of "Vitamin D." Be sure to follow us on all social media @VitaminDDawnDai and until next time, always remember, "you are your greatest asset."
