I just published the last episode of The Psychedelic Integration Podcast.

When I started this show, integration felt like THE missing piece in closing the circle of care in the psychedelic experience. Sadly, it still is.

As much as we have amplified the conversation about what is required for real change after the medicine, it still doesn't feel like it has landed in the collective. At least not to the point that it's a viable place to keep hanging out as a facilitator and coach who is here to help others cross thresholds.

The terrain is changing. It’s growing fast. It’s getting louder. And some of what’s popular in spirituality and psychedelics doesn’t feel grounded, responsible, or even true.

I have a lot of feelings about that. This show covers such a tiny sliver of what's possible in personal growth and spiritual leadership. It's time to move beyond "psychedelic integration" into doing the collective work of rebirthing humanity.

This final episode is raw. It’s fiery. And it’s got all the unapologetic reasons why I'm creating a new container that reflects the level of commitment maturity my work actually requires.

Our linear, materialist understanding of death is fundamentally flawed because it allows the terrified ego to define what death is — instead of looking to Nature and Spirit for the truth. We intuitively know the life cycle is a circle, yet we run from death because it appears to be THE END.

But the medicine of a conscious life shows us a deeper truth:Life is circles and spirals and expansions. Death is life is death is life.Nothing ever dies. Everything transforms. Energy is eternal.

We are here to escape the cages of our own belief systems and fears. And it’s LOVE that is patiently nudging us off the cliffs of our limitations. The constructs of our understanding, the frameworks we’ve existed in, the structures and agreements we inherited — they’re being rejected. New worlds are being created inside our consciousness. This is our work individually and for the collective.The spiritual path is here to teach us how to die well.To remember that death is a ritual. A ceremony. A holy initiation.

The rebellion within is the rebellion without. It comes from nervous system activation. From boundaries being crossed again and again. From unprocessed anger. It comes from the silent rage of the feminine inside that is beyond done with being silenced, coerced, and violated.

And most often, in conscious embodiment, you are forced to accept that you are the one doing violence to yourself. Not on purpose. But by living in constant override of your own intuition and inner knowing. By ignoring your body's simple requests. By trying to avoid feeling your feelings because your unconscious thinks it feels safer to struggle with symptoms and pain.

The body says, "No. I will not participate in this fabrication."

It has refused to engage in anything that is not radically authentic and softly nourishing. The old coping mechanisms no longer work. It is unbearably loud. And there is nowhere left to run. Because as you well know, you can't go backward. You can't unring the bell.

The answer is to listen and surrender. To do that as many times as it takes. As long as it takes. Until you feel yourself release into safety.

And real safety isn't destruction of all the systems and rules and scaffolding. It's the wisdom of knowing how to thrive inside of it. This week's show is a messy exploration of all the ways we override the body and how to stop. How to stay. How to be here now.

Spiraling is how it feels when you are in that state of flailing overwhelm. Where everything bad and wrong and scary and stressful keeps getting amplified. When you take one step forward and ten steps back. It's the perfect shit storm of anxiety, hypervigilance, hypersensitivity, and low capacity that creates room for all your negative thought patterns to run wild.

We call it spiraling because it feels like you are falling into a deep and winding abyss (and your nervous system is activated and being very dramatic.)

Often you are so identified with the spiral as being YOU DOING IT WRONG that you forget that you have a choice.

The spiral is not YOU. It's your human experience which is narrated by a lot of programming coming from outside of you.

We sit with psychedelics because they create space. They are a universal pause creator that invites other perspectives to get in. And what happens when you pause and allow the spiral to show you itself, to look at it more fully. To feel into it. To contemplate it. To redefine and reframe what is happening to an opportunity instead of life being out to get you... you realize that you're not actually falling, going backward, or failing. Because the spiral is always expanding and evolving.

This week on the show, I'm exploring what to do when you're caught in the downward spiral. You'll learn how to recognize this in yourself, and how to slow things down so you can gain a different perspective and ride the spiral into deeper healing and more authenticity.
