My name's Marcus Kain and after my own experiences with eating disorders, body image issues, and obsessive exercise, I decided to create this podcast for people who feel like they've fallen through the cracks of mainstream diet and fitness advice. 
Have you ever asked yourself "How hard do I need to work in order to look the way I want?"? This is a question I asked myself almost daily during my first decade involved in the fitness industry. I didn't realise it at the time, but the road maps I was being given by trainers, models, and coaches, were incomplete.
