During the COVID pandemic, we had to learn to avoid crowds. This meant many companies adopted “work from home” to protect their workers’ health, and also allow the business to continue operating. Now that we’re moving beyond COVID, many companies think it’s time for staff to return to the office. Join ICRT’s Jane, Hope, and Tim as they discuss the good and bad about working from home, and whether the best option is a little of both — some days in the office, and some days working from home.
