This week I'm talking about what influencers are showing you, what they're not showing you, and how I use their posts to inspire my meals. I'm also discussing how it can be difficult to incorporate their suggested meals into your day, and how so many of these food suggestions just don't suit you. I had pizza for breakfast too - that wasn't inspired by an influencer!
