Every year on my birthday I like to reflect on the past year...I celebrate the things that went well, I notice the things that didn't and I look forward to see what I want to create next.

Several years ago, I wrote a manifesto of the things I had learned for SURE. I look back at that every year and even though it's been tweaked a bit here and there, the foundational truths remain the same.

In today's episode I'm sharing with you the THOUGHTS and BELIEFS that serve as my SOLID foundation. No matter what else is going on and no matter how confusing life feels...these thoughts remain true.
