The diet industry can royally screw you up. Even a great, well-meaning trainer can really misguide you sometimes. Trust me.  I know because I’m guilty. In the early 2000s, I was that well-meaning trainer who did what I thought was best, but honestly just wasn’t super helpful for most people. 

I knew my stuff, but looking back I made a lot of mistakes. And sadly it’s the same mistakes that are still being made today by so many trainers, coaches, and the weight loss industry as a whole.
