In today’s episode, I talk about the purpose of emotions, and why they matter much more than we may think. I’m sharing my thoughts on the key connection between emotions and communication, what various types of emotions are trying to communicate and the needs they represent, and even how a Feelings Wheel can support you with identifying and processing specific emotions.
