In the first episode of the series, Mark discusses strategy #1 which is all about attacking your weak area (your “kryptonite”). The majority of us have 1-2 things holding us back in fat loss which leads us to failure over and over. Mark talks about finding that 1 thing which keeps holding you back and why you should be addressing that first. Once you eliminate the main reason you’re not making progress, then fast fat loss can occur as you stop going backwards.



Let’s face it, fat loss is simple, but also really hard! This short series on fat loss will help you to find strategies that allow you to optimise your fat loss goals. Fast fat loss more so means efficient fat loss. Doing things well to not lead you to feel like you are always taking 1 step forward and 2 steps back. Learn how to lose fat efficiently and effectively.
