I talk about finding that 1 thing that keeps holding you back and why you should be addressing that first.



Once you eliminate the main reason you’re not making progress, then fast fat loss can occur as you stop going backwards.



Let’s face it, fat loss is simple, but also really hard! This short series on fat loss will help you to find strategies that allow you to optimise your fat loss goals.



Fast fat loss more so means efficient fat loss. Doing things well to not lead you to feel like you are always taking 1 step forward and 2 steps back.
