My Tip of the Week is a book. This book deals with how you think. It’s called, “It Takes What It Takes: How to Think Neutrally and Gain Control of Your Life.” I believe it was written from the premise of athletes and how when you are doing something, especially competing athletically, you have to let what just happened … go. The last play is over. Get your mind right .Get back in the game and proceed forward with what you need to do.

Overall, in our lives we need to stay in the moment, react to each moment as it happens and focus on influencing your next action.
