What better way to nurse Saturday’s hangover, than brunch on Sunday?
I googled it, and it turns out the origins of the term “brunch” were written in an essay by Guy Beringer in 1895- and he thought this meal would brighten your day after a hard night.
And, no matter what type of hangover you’re nursing, either from booze or just living life in all the wtf-ness that’s going on nowadays- brunch is always a good idea.
So, thanks to Guy this salty sweet delight of a meal is continuing to fuel our easy summer recipes series.
We're whipping up quick and easy brunch recipes that include how to make Spanish tortillas, and a watermelon feta salad recipe that has freshness written all over it- and several other unexpected summer recipes that you'll want to make and EAT!
And, let's give mimosas the day off and decide that learning how to make a peach bellini (or any other fruit for that matter) is worth our time and effort (mostly because it basically takes none).
So many summer brunch ideas are ahead of you! Welcome in!
