This week I'm joined by Jocelyn Chong, a private client who is a business and financial coach. Jocelyn has a 20 year long corporate finance background and I knew she would be a valuable voice on this topic!

Let's cut to it......having a positive money mindset is absolutely imperative in achieving financial success. BUT, most of us develop money beliefs in our childhoods that are limiting us from the abundance we seek.

Ask yourself this....what are the main messages you recall hearing from your family growing up around money.

Perhaps you're like me and it's 'money doesn't grow on trees you know Yvette'!?

Whatever the case, these types of beliefs typically take hold without conscious awareness. Blame repetition and deep running neural pathways! So it's incredibly beneficial to do the work to name, them shame them and dissipate them!

In this podcast, I share a recent experience with a sales offer not going to plan and how it impacted my money mindset. Plus the awesome podcast episode that helped me climb my way out of it and the results that followed.
