Gwen Merz is a 30-year old Millennial and founder of the blog, Fiery Millennials. A few years ago, Gwen tried her hand as an entrepreneur, buying a multi-unit rental property, which she also lived in. Eventually, she sold the property and decided that renting was a better option.
