    We were able to catch up to one of our regular friends on the show Kylee Scribner. Kylee most recently was entered up at the North West Stock Show in Denver on Sunday. Kylee threw down with a smokin 14.88 to win her bracket. Kylee was on her favorite horse BB, who was coming off a bit of a vacation. Forth Worth Stock is next up for Kylee on the 26th of January. Good Luck to Kylee in 2023!

  • 32- Martha Angelone - 2022 World Champion Breakaway Roper

    Congratulations to Martha Angelone who captured her first World title at the 2022 Wrangler National Finals Breakaway Roping presented by Teton Ridge. @Cadee Williams was the Avg Winner.

    Martha clocked the fastest time of the event with 1.8-second run in the eighth round. About winning the championship, the cowgirl from Stephenville, TX said, "It just hasn't hit me yet."

    Sissy Wynn qualified for her first National Finals Rodeo this year. After a grueling year of rodeo from coast to coast, Sissy managed to be qualify for the NFR ranked #7. Sissy and I talk about her experiences in Las Vegas over the two weeks. Sissy originally from Texas, and call Corpus Christi home. Sissy Graduated from Texas A&M in 2020. Sissy is excited to see what happens in this upcoming 2022-2023 season. We wish Sissy all the best of luck.   • 30- Caden Gillard- Country Music Recording Artist

    Caden has made a name for himself on the rodeo circuit as both a bull rider and singer. Caden would often play his guitar and sing on the road between rodeo events. After years of riding rough stock with multiple injuries, Caden decided to hang it up and pursue his true passion, music. Caden has released several singles that have made it on to the charts, including Too Good to Turn Down, which currently (as of 01/08/22) is sitting at #37 on the Texas Regional Radio Top 75 and made it’s way into the top 200 for 2021. This success opened the door for Caden to tour as a support artist for the most recognized names in Texas Country music including Cody Johnson, Koe Wetzel, Zach Bryan, Sammy Kershaw, Kevin Fowler, Frank Foster, LoCash, Lee Brice, Midland, Billy Currington, Sara Evans, Jon Wolfe, Sam Riggs, Drake White, JB and the Moonshine Band, Zane WIlliams, Red Shahan and several others. Caden and his band recently made their debut at the esteemed Whiskey Jam at the Winners Bar in Nashville. The Caden Gillard Band's style has been described as "Rocking Texas Country”.

    We were able to catch up with Barrel Racer Presley Smith. Presley just finished her rookie season with the WPRA, and is looking forward to her 2023 season. In 2022 Presley achieved one of many goals that she planned out at the start of the season, and that was to be Rookie of the Year in the Southeastern Circuit. Presley also as able to win the Resistol Rookie Roundup in Forth Worth. Presley says that her Rodeo at Cheyenne Frontier Days was both exciting and emotional.     Baily Simpson was crowned as Miss Rodeo Texas 2022 on Friday, June 24th, 2022 at the Miss Rodeo Texas Pageant coronation in San Antonio, Texas. Baily is deeply passionate about western heritage and the cowboy spirit. As Miss Rodeo Texas, she hopes to educate the public about rodeo, agriculture, and the rich history of the state of Texas. Baily will have plenty of opportunities to accomplish her goals as she travels over 50,000 miles promoting professional rodeo, western heritage, and agriculture. Baily will be competing for the crown of Miss Rodeo America, to be held November 27th - December 4th in Las Vegas. We wish Baily, and all the contestants the best of luck!

Rocker had a incredible year, capturing Rookie of the year honors, qualifying for the National Finals Rodeo, and setting a world record, all at the age of 18. In this podcast we talk about this years accomplishments, including his ride on Virgil. Rocker is currently #4 in the standings with $134,328.
