How do you feel about the word Crone? Personally, it just doesn't do it for me.

I have no interest in Croning. The word feels horrible in my body. Dry.  Contracting. Disempowering. It feels cringe-worthy. Like nails on a chalkboard. It feels out of alinement and simply untrue.  It doesn't resonate with me on any level. So, although many would say I'm well within in my Crone years, I'm just not going there.

I'm choosing to Queen instead. The word feels much better in my body.  Empowering. Expansive. Rich. Alive. Creative. Juicy. Fun. Exciting. Like setting off on an adventure. It feels true and in alignment with my vision and what I came here to do on the planet. So I claim it.

It's not that I'm against aging. I'm just into aging magnificently. Beautifully. Powerfully. Creatively. Orgasmically.

The third chapter of a woman's life can be her masterpiece. It can and ideally should be the richest, most joyful, most creative and sexiest chapter of her life. Where she gets to truly claim her freedom, be the artist of her life and to shine. Without apology. Without negotiating. Without all of the BS rules culture has put on her sexuality in an attempt to keep her down and cut her off from the her power source.

From the Taoist perspective midlife and menopause are called Second Spring. It's a spiritual and sexual rebirth.  A time when a woman taps into the power of her sexual energy for real and rejuvenates, realigns and redesigns her life from the inside out. Her way. According to her deepest core values and desires. A time when she claims her freedom and her crown as Queen of her domain. A time when she gets to do her best and most creative work. Fueled by her desire, her pleasure and her orgasm.

Our sexual energy aka orgasm is our creative  life force and the foundation of everything. It's how we co-create. It's the source of our manifesting powers. And our direct line to the Sacred Feminine. It's how we bring heaven down to Earth. And do what we came here to do with joy, zest and love. Its depths are oceanic. Its potential, limitless. And to rob a woman of that when she's just getting started is cruel and devastating.

It doesn't have to go that way. We don't have to Crone. We get to Queen.
But we have to choose it. And we have to take our pleasure seriously.

As Dr. Christiane Northrup says in her book Goddesses Never Age:

 "You are sitting on a throne of gold. It's your erotic anatomy."

I couldn't agree more.

Our sexuality and sensuality by design are meant to be a source of nourishment, enlightenment and empowerment.

Women by nature are designed to be multi-orgasmic creatrixes till the end.
Getting stronger over time, not weaker.
