Some big changes in my world recently. If you follow me on Instagram, you'll know that I've taken a leap—I'm off the grid as of July 2024. No more social media for now. Instead, I'm reconnecting with you all through this podcast and my email community.

This decision wasn't easy, especially in the midst of launching my group coaching program, Luminate, for the second time. You might wonder why I'd step away during such a critical business phase. It all boils down to a deeper exploration of human behaviour, entrepreneurship, and personal growth. I realised I needed a break from the constant pressure of curating content and engaging with algorithms that shape our digital lives
