As an orthodontist, I've always loved helping my patients achieve their dream smile, but what really gets me going is helping my peers with the different challenges we face as a profession.
While most of my training focused on the technical aspects of orthodontics, I quickly realized that running a successful practice also requires a strong understanding of the business side of things.
This is why I've dedicated a significant portion of my career to mentoring other orthodontists and offering to help them navigate the complexities of the industry.
I spend up to three hours each week on phone and Zoom calls with my peers.
These conversations fill my bucket despite the occasional criticism and negativity I might get from some quarters.
The criticism shows I'm making an impact and pushing boundaries.
Listen in to hear why I’m so passionate about helping my peers and how you can get hold of me.
